कृतो हिरण्यनाभस्य चतुर्विंशतिसंहिता: । शिष्य ऊचे स्वशिष्येभ्य: शेषा आवन्त्य आत्मवान् ॥ ८० ॥

kṛto hiraṇyanābhasya catur-viṁśati saṁhitāḥ śiṣya ūce sva-śiṣyebhyaḥ śeṣā āvantya ātmavān

Translation

Kṛta, the disciple of Hiraṇyanābha, spoke twenty-four saṁhitās to his own disciples, and the remaining collections were passed down by the self-realized sage Āvantya.
